Made paper mache-covered balloons and had the kids decorate them. Great fun. Totally messy. 13 kids with balloons, tons of paint, glue, pieces of tissue paper, and feathers (!) (MUST have feathers.) Got the kids to decorate the balloons, then burst them and filled them with candy and sent them home. Ha! MUCH better than a goody bag.
