Cooking Notes
I think that I'll make some quick boullabaisse tonight, and thaw out some homemade chicken broth for simon, serving it with fresh dill and veggies and cut up chicken and some polenta pasta for his dinner. Did I mention that my kid has allergies? No fun. And this kid's a gem. He eats ANYTHING. My 18 month old eats Steamed Mussels. Nobody I know could eat those until they were at LEAST 21!
And he likes hummus. All sorts of stuff. But now he doesn't get: tomatoes, onions, garlic, pineapple, milk products, eggs, nuts.... and now... ready? WHEAT. ack.
